How event minimums work
One food truck
On-site service requires a minimum of 50 guests for each 812 Grill food truck.
Events with multiple food trucks
If your event includes other food trucks, the same minimum applies to the portion assigned to us. Please plan for at least 50 guests per participating truck. For example, an event with two food trucks should plan for about 100 guests total, divided at approximately 50 guests per truck.
Smaller events
If fewer than 50 guests will be served by 812 Grill, we can prepare your order and deliver it within approximately 15 miles of our location. Delivery availability and fees are confirmed when you book.
Guest counts, travel distance, menu availability, timing, and final pricing must be confirmed with 812 Grill before your event is booked.
